A peach blossom and 2 buds were combined with Nori(seaseed).We need more technique than Peach Blossom Roll. But it’s so gorgeous and there are some points we can arrange for every time.

The rice used in our workshop is from Chiba prefecture.
I’ve had this rice, made by my neighbor farmer, since chiildhood.
I’ve never had other rice in my life, except for gift.
I know how to plant in begging of summer and harvest in autumn.
And I know this is so safe and secure for eating.
There are many rice farmer in Chiba Boso area, sufferd from big dameges by Typhoon Faxai last month.
Fortunately, my neighbor has not received much damage, so we can get delicious rice this year.
I want to make Art Sushi Roll with this tatsty, safe and familiar rice in our workshop.
